As a VDOM customer, you may be eligible for additional warranty benefits under certain conditions. These benefits are in addition to any legal warranties provided by your national consumer law. Please note that the duration and conditions related to legal warranties are provided by local laws.
Under the VDOM consumer warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law, VDOM will, at it’s discretion, repair, replace or refund your product if it becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect or other covered issue. However, normal wear and tear, force majeure, abuse or damage caused by user’s negligence or fault are not covered.
After-sales services are limited to the country or region of the original purchase, unless otherwise promised by VDOM or prohibited by law. If you require after-sales service, you can contact any person in VDOM’s authorized service network, VDOM’s distributors, or final vendor who sold the product to you. If you are unsure about who to contact, please reach out to VDOM for guidance.
It’s important to note that products that were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by VDOM and/or were not acquired from VDOM or a VDOM official seller are not covered by the VDOM consumer warranty. In such cases, you may benefit from warranties offered by the non-official retailer who sold the product, as per applicable law. Therefore, VDOM recommends that you contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product if you have any concerns about its warranty.

At VDOM, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary for a variety of reasons, and we want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
You can always contact us for any return questions at firstname.lastname@example.org..You can return any unopened item sold on our site for any reason whatsoever within 15 days from the time of delivery. Our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve the situation by either replacing the original item or refunding your money.
Please note that all apparel sales are final with no returns. We cannot accept returns on any apparel items for any reason.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
